Data Deletion Instructions
Dagopal Investments LLC, operating as Dagopal Automation, provides automation, messaging, booking, customer support, and workflow services for business clients. You may request deletion of personal information that Dagopal Automation controls or processes in connection with our website, demos, support, or client workflows.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to contact@dagopalautomation.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as:
- Your name
- The phone number or email address used in the interaction
- The business or workflow you interacted with, if applicable
- A short description of the information you want deleted
What Happens Next
We will review the request, verify it where appropriate, and delete or anonymize eligible information that we control within a reasonable time. If the request relates to a business client, we may need to coordinate with that business because they may independently control their own customer, appointment, or service records.
Limits
Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent abuse, complete financial records, or honor platform requirements. We may also retain limited records showing that a deletion or opt-out request was made.
